Always check whether the lights, sirens and various electrical appliances, switches, insurances are intact and complete, the specifications of the fuses are in compliance with the regulations, and whether the various switches are flexible and effective. Otherwise, they should be repaired, maintained or replaced.
2. The tank is full of fire extinguishing agents for many years, and the immersion of the fire extinguishing agent will corrode the tank to some extent. Therefore, the tank should be inspected frequently or regularly. Once rust is found, effective measures should be taken in time. Anti-corrosion treatment measures to prevent the expansion of rust spots. The commonly used treatment method is to clean the rusted parts, and after fully drying, apply epoxy paint.
Other valves and pipelines related to the tank should also be checked regularly, and problems should be dealt with in time.
Always check whether there is water in the equipment box, whether the curtain door is flexible to open and close, whether it is deformed or damaged, whether there is oil shortage in the door chute, and if necessary, fill with grease. Whether the equipment is complete, dry and intact, and whether the sealing rubber ring of each interface is complete and damaged, add or replace if necessary. Check whether the equipment is firmly fixed.
Whether the facilities in the pump room are complete and intact, and whether there is stagnant water and oil pollution, if any, should be cleaned up. At the same time, it should be checked whether the stagnant water and oil pollution is caused by the leakage of the fire protection system, so that problems can be detected early and repaired.
5. Power take-off, transmission shaft
Check whether the power level and oil quality of the power take-off are normal, and replenish or replace if necessary; whether the power take-off is operating normally, whether there is any abnormal sound, whether gear shifting and separation are smooth, whether there is blockage or automatic gear-off. Detach and repair it if necessary; check if there is any abnormal noise from the pump drive shaft, and check whether there is any looseness or defect in the fasteners; add grease (butter) to the rotating and sliding parts such as the ten bytes and the spline shaft. .
6. Fire pump
The fire pump is the heart of the fire truck
. The maintenance of the fire pump directly affects the effectiveness of fire fighting operations. Therefore, it is required to timely detect problems and eliminate faults during daily inspections. The main contents of maintenance are as follows:
a. Every time the fire pump works for 3-6 hours, the rotating parts should be filled with grease once;
b. Apply grease to the threads of the fire pump's water inlet and outlet, and cover it with a stuffy cap;

7. Fire cannon and its pipeline
After each use, the fire monitor and its pipeline need to be inspected. The main inspections are the fasteners, interfaces, and rotating parts, and the problems are dealt with in time. And often or regularly add grease to each rotating part.
8. Additional appliances and meters
Whether the police lights, siren systems, equipment box lights, pump room lights, solenoid valves, liquid level indicators, digital tachometers, and various meters, switches, etc. can work normally, if there is a fault, it should be removed in time to avoid affecting the use; Whether the fuse specifications of each part of the electrical circuit meet the requirements of the regulations, whether there is an increase in specifications or the replacement of copper wires, if any, the cause should be found and eliminated.
